DELIVERY AND SHIPPING INFORMATION

Standard Delivery (UK) - £3.95

Our standard delivery timescale is 3-5 working days for orders within the UK. Festigirl will not be held responsible for any postal / courier delays, which would be out of our control.

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be responsible to follow the returns procedure. On receiving delivery of your order, if it is in anyway damaged you must inform us within 48 hours by email to festigirl@outlook.com, otherwise claims cannot be accepted.

First Class Delivery (UK) - £4.99

Our First Class delivery timescale is 3-4working days for orders within the UK. Festigirl will not be held responsible for any postal / courier delays, which would be out of our control.

Please allow an extra working day for deliveries over UK Bank Holidays.

Air Mail (Republic of Ireland) - £6.95

Republic Of Ireland delivery by Royal Mail Air Mail has a delivery timescale of 3 - 4 working days.
